Zbigniew Brzeziński

An American Professor of Political Science and Sovietologist who was born in 1928 in Warsaw. In 1938 Brzeziński moved to Canada. In 1958, he was granted American citizenship. From 1977 to 1981, he was the National Security Adviser to American President Jimmy Carter. Brzeziński received the Prize for promoting the efforts of Poland to join NATO.
