Each year, the Jan Nowak-Jeziorański Prize is awarded to a person or institution representing “thinking about the state as a common good”. Since 2004, 20 laureates have received the Prize. The Prize was founded by the College of Eastern Europe, the city of Wrocław, the University of Wrocław and the Ossoliński National Institute. The Secretariat is located at the College of Eastern Europe in Wojnowice. Adolf Juzwenko is the secretary.
